Birth control - Should i wait 7 days or a month?

Hello, I just took my Birth control pill Levora after my menstral cycle. Now readin the package it says I should wait 7 days. I looked up more information which says I should wait a month. I do not know which to believe or follow. Can you please explain this in better terms? Thank you.

hi i am 19 and have never had my period. me and my bf are trying to have sex but he cant come in. i've researched and saw that there is a surgery available to break the hymen. is there anyone who has had this surgery and did it work????? also how much did it cost??? please help!!!!
