What are the chances that polinidal cyst will drain on its own again?

I believe I have a Polinidal Cyst, also known as Jeep disease. I had a problem with it about 4 years ago but it drained on its own and now it is acting up again. What are the chances that it will drain on its own again so I wont require surgery?
