I am peeing blood

i had sex recently, and it wasnt my first time. since we have had intercorse i have noticed sharp pains when i pee and there is blood as well. and i when i pee, it's only in small amounts. i wanted to know if this is normal before consulting a doctor.

Blind spot in vision

Lately when I stand up quickly, or run, or just at random intervals, my vision will go away, and all I can see is blinding light. This lasts only a couple of seconds, and intervals between these attacks could be a few minutes apart, or a few months! What on earth is going on?!
