10-months after my first c-section, I have started getting left abdominal pain that spreads to the pelvic region and the left leg as well. The frequency of the pain has increased over the past 4 weeks. Any input as why this is so ?

47 year old have ic, had a laparoscopy 4 weeks ago. Been having right sided upper abdominal pain for 2.5 years. Had most tests and endless blood tests with no avail! I had the lap because they thought it could be Endo, but again nothing showed. 4 weeks on having a jelly like yellow/brown discharge....
