this is rather embarrassing but i have a large oval shaped lump right near my anus, its the same colour as the surrounding skin, very sore and extremely hard i tried squeezing it while taking a very hot bath but nothing came out...i want to go see a dr but also have my period so dont want to get it...

I'm 34 yo I have 2 children. I have had a large amouth of watery discharge from my vagina for 2 days. And today I had a chunk of vaginal tissue come out. About the size of a quarter. My tubes are tied and I'm not due for my period due 10+ days. What can this be.
