A mass between my vagina and my urethra

There is a mass between my urethra and my vagina. it's a red mushy piece of skin. which isn't very tender but i'm concerned it might have grown. I don't know what to do!!!!!!! I don't think it's my hymen though, for it's already partially torn. plz help. ? :'(
