finding white little things on my labia

lately i found little white spots on my labia on both, my mom saw it and she said it was normal. but i dont kno wats up w/ it, should i b worried? its not really itchty, and i dont get unusual discharge and they dont bleed. y r these bumps here?????

Large lump on outside of vagina

I have a large golf ball size lump on the outside of my vagina.. Another one has appeared on the other side but not as big I took a very hot bath and after pinkish reddish blood came out but nothing else it hurts to standup and walk sometimes if I sit down a diffrent way it hurts to please help me

I kept on getting vaginitis even after treatment (sporasec)
