vulva discharge after unprotected intercourse, it smells like a cheese

Kind of like little wet toilet paper balls .No smell but can also put a finger inside of me and it will be stuck to my finger when I pull it back out ... vulva discharge with Mirena iud

I've had the mirena iud inserted 14 months ago and on and off I have some vaginal discharge that changes in color, such as; clear to some light bleeding to a medium dark red color with no smell. I have never had this problem before ( was on depo for 6 yrs before).
