Bleeding after intercourse and that's the only symptom

I just finished having sex and I noticed bleed on the condom. This happens everytime and I dnt have any symptoms of anything beside the bleeding after intercourse. I do not know what to do and I'm only 17 years old.. Please help and tell me what should I do.
