I have some things in between my lips, and they are so swollen

The things inbetween my lips are so swollen (not sure of exact term but i think libia?). Its like rock hard. Ive been having alot of discharge and for the first time i had brown discharge. But that was 3 days ago. Im also 3 days late could i be pregnant!
