I have a few bumps on the outside of my woman's parts

I have a few bumps on the outside of my vagina. They are almost like pimples, or inflammed hair follicles but I've had them for about 2 months, they showed up after I had a Brazilian wax. I have been with the same person for almost a year now! Should I be worried?!

I need some answers... I had novasure done sept. 2013... Everything was fine up until the last 3 months... Every month the cramps worsen... Spend all say in the ER.
