I have one side of my labia minora stretched, and I feel really self conscious about it when I want to engage in sexual activity. Does anyone have any tips on how to try and shrink it? It's a deep purple/pink colour, and all I want it to do is go away. Someone please help?

I lost my virginity on Monday 16 and I started bleeding. I'm on birth control so I uslually have long period but I have just got off my period two or three days before. I'm bleeding again and it's been 3 days. I read that it was only supposed to happen for a day. Any advice?
