Jelly blood, pains in my lower back and discomfort in my ovaries?

i am sexually active and have been the past two years, I have never had this jelly look alike blood before! I was long enough ..I have pains in my lower back and discomfort in my ovaries? Is this dangerous or am I just worrying to much ?

Had a total hysterectomy and a sacrapoplexy done via davinci machine. 16 weeks post op and my lower back is very weak.... I see I'm not the only one.
