I stopped taking an antibiotic, and my cilt has been dry. I am worried!

So I stopped taking an antibiotic and the last couple of days I have been noticing that my clit has been really dry and swollen? And there's been dry crumbling stuff in the hood and in my labia. What does this mean. I'm kinda nervous and it's my first time!
