So I started my period Saturday March 7, 2015 and it ended March 10, 2015. But for the past two days I have had spotting. I have searched what it could mean but I haven't gotten a result that seems to match my case. Can any one help me? It worries me.

Not sure what's going on with my clitoris

I recently noticed today that my clitoris is very swollen, red, and more sensitive that usual, but it doesn't itch or hurt. I know it's not an STD cuz I haven't been sexually active in, well, at least a year. Anyone have any idea what's wrong with it?
