Bad tast in mouth and vaginal fluid that smells like urine

i came off my period about a week ago and ive started to get a dark brown virginal discharge, It stopped for a few days but then started again today. I dont know why it has become so dark, It doesnt have a strong smell to it its just dark brown, What could be the reason for this?
