My fistula was 2.8 cm long and my dr closed it up it has been 2 years now and no problems. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks so they could clean the tissue a few times a day so when they did surgery the tissue was clean and good enough to close. If the tissue is not good then it will break down.

Weird Period, NOT PREGNANT
