Open sores on lips of vagina

okay, i have been sexually active for about 2 weeks, and ive noticed that i have like these pimple things on my lips of my vagina, but they are like open sores.... no white head or anything. Also, if i squeeze them, it really hurts and clear stuff sometimes comes out... and i did shave myself down...
