Umm so my boyfriend was fingering me and afterwards we realized I was bleeding. Like its happened a little bit before but this time there was more blood. My period is in three days so did it maybe just come early? His nails were kind of sharp so maybe he cut me? Im kind of freaked out

I have a sore lump on left bottom lip of vigina. Tryed hot compress I usally shave but haven't in a month. I read dull razors can do that witch it was very dull I was wounded what I should do it not getting any bigger so I don't think its a boil but I am now its an ingrown hair .
