Raw looking Vulva

I've been having thick discharge lately but I just treated myself for Yeast 2 weeks prior. My Vagina looks raw and red, sorta swollen at the enterence. Looks like it has all these tiny bumps but doesn't look like herpes or warts. I'm 20, sexually active and had a clear history.
