Vaginal bump after shaving down there, I tried popping it

so umm im 13 and i shave down there and ive been seeing and red dot down there and i touched it and tried popping it but i dont think its a pimple... ive never had sex and I started my period jan 2017 so ive had about 9 -10 cycles and i dont know what it is. Help!!!!!
