Severe back pain for the whole back not just lower

I just had the ablation yesterday 10/12. I am having severe back all the way up my back to my neck.  I have never felt Like this. It reminds me of people who have been in a car accident and had whiplash. I don't see anyone with this kind of symptom. Is this normal?

The border around my clitoris is really red and really sensitive to touch. It hurts a lot when I walk as well and sometimes sit down. It does not hurt when I pee however and I haven't had sex in over 3 weeks. There is no white stuff or discharge, just pain and red... Anyone know anything about...
