Random Bleeding

After I used the restroom and was wiping I notice there was bleedish type of fluid on the toilet paper and I'm scared because a week ago my boyfriend and I was having sex and the kinda broke, but I took my birth control pills. So I was just wondering what is going on.

Last month I skipped my sugar pills and went ahead and started a new pack (missed my period) last week I had sex (used condom) and after I started bleeding, not heavy, just spotting, it's been like that since, and it went from light red to brown... Anyone know why this happened???
