i am worried

i had a baby six months ago.. I have been on the depo shot since.. I have had pains in my left ovary so i just figured it to be a cyst.. now i feel like i did when i first felt the baby move.. like little fluttering movements in my pelvic region.. but i dont feel pregnant.. what could it be?
