my body trembles and sometimes on certain moments and i get dizzy and fell like i am fainting

On certain movment my whole body trembles (ex. Lifting my leg up and putting it down) also during fast motions i become dizzy and i feel like iam going to faint. does this have anything to do with my skinny body
