Pregnancy after C-section

I first child was born 10 months ago by cesarean. I just found out that I am pregnant again, approximately 6 weeks. I have been experiencing alot of cramping, back ache, and even numbness in my leg. Is this normal after a c-section so soon? Should I be concerned about any complications?
