Bruise on penis 8 weeks after circumcision

Hi, I was circumcissed about 8 weeks ago now and I have noticed that the bottom of my penis head still has a slight bruise on it. I have also noticed that the penis head is less sensitive than it was and i can barely feel it. Is this normal or should i be worried?

I was masturbating yesterday and losses my firmness towards the end. I finished, but I haven’t been able to get an erection since. I have what appears to be a bruise at the base of my penis. Does anyone know how long this may take to heal?
