Crazy itch on thighs & cheeks - No rash, no bites

Happens worse at night. The crack and hole hardly ever itch and it's just mostly the cheeks and thighs. There are no bites or rashes and I looked for signs of pinworms and couldn't find anything. What does this sound like to you?
