Just Tested Positive For Chlamydia + Performed Oral Sex on My Partner

We have not had sex yet, however I decided to get tested before hand. I came back positive for Chlamydia and ended up performing oral sex on her the day prior. Can I transfer Chlamydia through saliva? I was the only one who performed oral sex and that is as far as things have gone.
