Degenerative disk disease

I have degenerative disk disease. I am receiveing physical therapy for this condition. My arms burn at times and so does my upper spine. Is this caused by my other condition. At times my arms and hands go to sleep usually at night.

One of my spinal discs (i think) feels REALLLLY big?? I dunno but my back was hurting in that spot when i sit against the back of the chair...and i felt it..it feels...bigger..maybe im over reacting...maybe it's just sore, and its supposed to feel like that.. lump on back of neck spine

I do a lot of sports, and of course this does cause injuries on occasion. When I came back from my soccer team last week, I noticed a lump on my neck, right at the top of the spine.
