constant nausea and loss of appitite - do i have an ulcer?

recently i have been having bad nausea. i don't puke, but i feel like i need to. at first i thought it was food poisoning, but it has been over a week and i haven't been eating alot because it gets worse when i eat. my stool has been black. do i have an ulcer, or what else could be wrong?

left side hurts like a burning feeling

my stomach high on the left side sometimes has a burning feeling..once on the right ,,,but for the past two weeks..it will throb but only once...just one quick throb pull thing any ideas should i see doctor

stomache pain, after and during bm's and uranation..

I have pain in my lower stomache, when i pee, and i get pain in between my ribs and it goes threw out my intire stomache when i hve a bm, i only have a bm every 3 to 5 day's.. and then it is vary painfull. my stomache will hurt up to an hour or more... it's been one hour and 15 minutes this time.....

I'm not feeling well! I took medicine!

I took magnesia milk yesterday and my stomach was hurting like heck!! I kept on doing diarrhea which was from the medicine. But the day before I didn't take the medicine I was devastated with my stomach pain!!! And when I kept waking up by my pains I had to visit the restroom for at least an hour...

Stomach ulcer with raised CEA levels

hi, I was hoping has anyone had CEA levels high, 6.7 my reading is, when they have a suspected stomach ulcer? obviously I'm fairly frightened during this wait for more tests. I know smoking can raise it, I smoke, and I know ulcers can raise it and I'm hoping that both those factors combined...

Stool passes daily only one time in morning. but it is in loose form and i feel like heat passing out. this has started after eating mangoes. from june and at that time i have taken medicines and it was ok.later took ayurvedic medicine. please suggest.
