flatulence-excessive and unable to control

I have extreme gas, especially at night. I have tried eating slower, drinking alot of water, stay away from broccoli, beans, cabbage, have tried beano(does nothing) and GasX ( relieves gas pain but not much else)...with a history of hemorrhoids and anal stenosis my gas is loud and sometimes painful....

my wife was diagnosed with campella bactor about a month ago but shes still sick the doctor said this should go away after 7 days now shes constipated has swollen lymphnodes near her groin and she feels ver bloated i am very worried as some of the symptoms could be cancer anyone have suggestions

How can I prevent and treat digital ulcers?

I was affected by Raynaud’s phenomen few months ago. Doctor told me it could get complicated with digital ulcers. This is something that frightens me. I would like to know how to prevent it and treat it. Does anyone have any kind of tip for me? I would really appreciate it.
