still in pain

july 21 had six epidural steroid injections...... 3 days later just felt really bad....but all pain was gone 4th day nausea set in with headache and has not really left yet feel like i have the flu ...ears hurt 2 weeks after went to emergency room for stomach pain and nausea....ct scans showed...

Could this be an ulcer....

I think I may have an ulcer. Stomach has been hruting for the past two weeks. Really bad the past few days. Started throwing up yesterday, there was blood in it. Cannot keep food down today. Don't have health insurance right now. Is there anything I can do or take that will help?! thanks
