My stomach bloats after I eat. Can umbilical cord hernia be the cause of it?

My stomach bloats after I eat. Now, I have cut out many foods that causes bloating. However sometimes it just bloats for no reason. My gastro has no clue. I also have an umbilical cord hernia. I am thinking this may be the cause. Any one have a suggestion?
