prolonged stomach flu

i have had what i thought is the stomach flu for almost three weeks, throwing up, diarrhea that is almost 90 percent liquid, i was wondering what it is called and what i can do to stop it.

stomach cramps at half 7 everyday

Hi for the past 4days at 7:30pm I get really bad stomach cramps. In the lower stomach. I feel sick at this time and also like I need a number 2. But done actually do any. They last around 10mins subside and dissapear. I get occasional cramps throughtout the day
