Illness, diarrhea, pains in stomach, high temperatures

Hi, For the past 2 days I have been having severe diarrhea, on and off pains in my stomach, a range of temperatures from 36.5 - 39 and I have vomited once. Could anybody suggest anything to help? Thank you very much

I feel sick after eating, but I can't go to the doctor

I used to eat a lot and very often. But for the past few days I don't feel like eating so much and all I want to eat is one meal. I usually fall asleep at 4 a.m. and wake up at noon. Im not sure what that has to do with it, but I don't feel like im gonna throw up but its a lingering ache.

I have a lump that came up on the left side of my belly button. it is very tender. sometimes my stomach is tender all over the bottom. i only have a period twice a year. one like every 6 months. what could this be/

four days ago i had horrible pulsating pains in my stomach with hot and cold chills and a mild fever the pulsating pain lasted 8 hrs and eased up leaving a painful knot in the bottom right side of my stomach and my body still cant regulate its heat
