Teenage problems

Theres a lump in me, is it normal?

I'm 13 almost 14, and there is a hardish thing in my right pectoral area, and i dunno wut it is...theres nuthin on my left side, and this just happened in late january or early february. it just feels hard and ive never had something like this before. it hurts if i put too much pressure on it, too....
