Why haven't I hit puberty? I am almost 15 and got hairs all over my body

I'm 14 and almost 15 and I haven't hit puberty. I have little hair on my lip, arms, legs, and underarms. My penis is only like 3 inches. I have a bit of pubic hair though. Can someone tell me why I haven't hit it yet?

my voice sounds childish although I'm 16

Hi, i am 16 years old, and i live in Greece.  I'm writing this to ask if it's normal for my voice to sound childish (like 11 or 12 year old) I have facial hair, hair under my armpits and on my testicles but still no teenage voice....Should i be worried?

No breast development at all and I'm already 15

I am 15 years old. I'm 5'6. And I have NO BREAST development at ALL. Like it's literally flat. I can still wear trading bras matter fact I don't even need it because there is nothing. Like this is so sad. I weigh, 105llbs, and I'm in 9th grade.
