I went out for a cigarette and my vision started to go blurry and my whole face was pale

I went out for a cigarette and my vision started to go blurry so I tried to go inside and I could barley hear and my whole face was pale an went I went to lay down I had ringing and a buzzing sound in my ear and I started sweating like crazy can someone tell me what caused this ?:(

There are small signs and my father was a late bloomer but my penis is a little less then 3 inces erect and hasn't grown at all. I get erections sometime but I have had any sperm come out ever. I'm scared it won't grow I has urethra surgery when I was very young could this have affected development?

I got them just this summer, they are red like pimples that DO NOT ITC, on both buttocks gets close to vag but not that close. What is that. People say it's heat pumps but it just freaks me out
