Ostomylitis after bunion surgery

I had bunion surgery 6 months ago. Within a week of surgery I had an infection. Later after pins and stitches taken out it was confirmed I had an ostomylitis . After 2 months of IV antibiotics I still have pain, but also now the bone where the bunion was and my large two burns all the time....
