My mom won't take me to the doctors and I'm coughing every minute

So I have had this cough for the past month and only till now I'm coughing every minuet. I told my mom I want to go to the doctors yet she thinks I'm lying and says I will get better. However is this bad? And how can I get to her to take me?

I'm coughing a lot of clear mucus balls with black strands in it..before it was just in the morning now my sinuses stay messed up and I wake up feelings i'm drowning. and now I cough this stuff up everyday all day....what's wrong with me?

Over 6 hrs ago i choked on my own saliva and after i had troubles breathing and felt like there was air in my throat. I am still having the breathing trouble and trouble swallowing along with excess air in my throat. Should i be worried?
