sore throat on left side feels like something is moving

i have a weird pain on the left side of my throat, feels like something is moved out of place, when i rub it i feel something moving feels like a gear clicking i know thats not normal or at least think its not whats up???

rasspie voice caused from dust?

My father has had a rasspie voice for about 6months now, he has no pain,and no problem swollowing, could it be caused from dust? I do try and keep the house dusted, but his bedroom really needs to be dusted which I am planning on doing this week.
