throat pain, i can feel needle pinching feeling while drinking water

I was suffering from white spots on my throat.by taking some medicines and gargle of betadine 2% soln ,white patches have been gone.but still I can feel needle pinching feeling while drinking water . Please someone tell me what to do? Its a painful feeling.

whenever I think about it I get a really tight feeling in my throat

am getting this problem as well, a really tight feeling in my throat. Its stress, if I stop thinking about it it just gos away, but it bugs me when ti comes back. Mind you I have A Level exams shortly, may explain the stress.
