My throat burns for a long time

Hi,im a 13 year old boy and one of my friends got me in a headlock about a month ago following that my throat has been on and off burning around 9pm which lasts till about 4pm the next day

Hi I choke on my own. When I'm not doing anything or just watching tv or out to eat with my mom. Not sure why I just choke out of then air when I'm at the hotel eating breakfast and it hurt so bad. It was embarrassing.
