I have done my tonsillectomy on21/03/18 its over than a month  my throat pain is no more but my sound is not getting normal I feel soundless when I talk on high pitch I cannot talk openly any suggestions ?should I visit doctor again ?

Hello I am 26 years old and on day six of recovery. I have noticed this strange mass beside my uvula that really hurts when I swallow. Could that be left over tonsils? Going to see my doctor for a follow up on the 20th but any one else go this and have something similar happen?

What do I do about this weird dangly lump on my tonsil?

I have a loose lump on my left tonsil, the same colour as them. I've noticed it 3 days ago, I have a pretty bad sore throat, but the main thing is how annoying it is, I can feel it when I swallow. What should I do? Should I call my doctor or go to the ER? Please help!
