Still feels rough

I had my surgery on 4-24-07. My recovery went smoothly with the horrible ear pain and sore throat but after 2 weeks I felt pretty good. My concern now is that the right side of my throat still feels like there is something stuck back there. Much like the sensation when the scabs were falling off....

I am now 5 days out of surgery for my tonsils and I have these white sores on the side of my tongue? My throat barley hurts but the sores make it impossible to chew and hardly talk! Has anyone else experienced these sores and how did you go about getting them healed?

Residual tissue after tonsillectomy

I had my tonsils taken out about 4 months ago and I have residual tissue left over on my throat that feels like a popcorn kernal is stuck there all the time. My doctor said it would go away, but it is not. What is the risk of having it removed.9
