Significant Diminution of the PTB showed on my x-ray

Hi I would like to ask abotT my xray result. It says "shows significant diminution of the PTb infiltrates at left upper lobe with still minimal fibroses". This is a follow up xray. If this is tje result can I already have my pulmonary clearance? Thanks

If there is an abnormal findings in chest x-ray, does it mean active PTB?

If there is an abnormal findings in chest x-ray and the sputum test result is 1+ positive but without any symptoms, does it mean active PTB? Considering that the patient has a history of PTB in 2002 but have completed 6months treatment. Thanks in advance for the response.

My xray showed apical infiltration.i did a ct and it shows old granuloma. Bt i tested negative to Tb skin test and sputum test. My blood test( PCR&G expect) MTB not detected. What could be the problem
