stunted growth by bulimia

I developed bulimia at age 13. It slowed my growth to an inch per year, and I never got my period. I am 15 now, recovering, but still without a period. My parents are much taller than I am and my mid parent height is still 2 inches away. is there such thing as catch up growth, or am i done growing?
