hi guys and gals, i took my first duromine capsule (40mg) yesterday, and i felt awesome, at the moment i weigh 104kg but i should weigh a healthy 70 kg so that is my goal, it is five thirty in the morning and i havent been asleep (even though i have tried) i have been really thirsty, keep getting up...

Concerned about fat not weight!

im 13 and im not concerned about my wieght but i want to loose the fat around my tummy,legs and arms. i have done sit ups , pushups , ive ran and we even have an exercise machine that i use. i work out every day but ive only lost 10 pounds. oh and i eat healyhy to , please help:(
