Is forehead rash a side effect of Metermine (duromine)

I started taking metermine 30mg for a month and then my dr up my dose to 40mg. I have been on these for 1 1/2 months and have been breaking out in rash on my forehead. I thought I may have been allergic to hairspray or shampoo etc. but I hadn't changed my brands. Is this from the medicine?...
